  • Caramelised Cauliflower & Blue Cheese Soup with Roasted Hazelnut & Truffle Oil
  • Black Pudding, Pancetta & Hogs Terrine with Apple, Pear & Fig Chutney and Toasted Sour Dough
  • Vodka & Cranberry Cured Trout with Watercress and Cucumber & Dill Craime Fraiche
  • Salt-baked Beetroot Carpaccio and Orange Salad with glazed Goats Cheese, Candied Walnuts and Balsamic Reduction

For Main Course

  • Pork Belly with Rhubarb Puree, Wholegrain Mustard Mashed Potato, Tenderstem Broccoli, Glazed Carrots and a Red Wine Jus
  • Hake Kiev with Cafe de Paris Butter, Crab Velouté, Tenderstem Broccoli and Roasted New Potatoes
  • Cajun Salmon with a Romesco Sauce, Tenderstem Broccoli, Saffron New Potatoes and an Herb Oil
  • Pan-fried Chicken Breast wrapped in Smoky Streaky Bacon with Hispi Cabbage,
